Webinar Information

What is the difference between a live webinar and an on-demand webinar?

A live webinar is presented and viewed live, meaning, as the speaker gives their materials you see and hear the presentation as it is being delivered. On-demand webinars are recorded so you can watch the webinar repeatedly and at your own convenience. The majority of webinars offered in the studio are on-demand.

How do I view my on-demand webinar?

Upon completion of your Paypal payment, you will receive notice showing the download button of your webinar.

Do you have tips for viewing a recorded webinar?

Since the recordings are available in the Flash format, make sure your computer’s Flash player is up-to-date. Visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to check.

Copyright and Licensing

Can my genealogy society show an on-demand webinar to their group?

Can I share my webinar or workbook with someone else?
