This is so true. I am sitting in a room with all my ancestors waiting for me to tell their story. I know them like nobody else in the family does. It is a weight. But I have started to write their story, one at a time. The first is the oldest ancestor who we have records of and it is going well. I just had to start. Having 50 years of research is daunting, but breaking it down one ancestor at a time is manageable.
Thanks for this.
